Saline solution against headaches First of all, prepare a piece of gauze or thin cotton cloth. Fold the cloth into eight layers. The width of the cloth should match the height of the forehead, and the length should match of the whole head. After that, heat up 250 ml of water till 60-70 C and dissolve in it two flat teaspoons of salt. You will get 8% of saline solution.
