Natural Facial Scrubs

Following these methods ensures that you know exactly what is going into your facial scrub, and therefore, exactly what you’re putting on your skin.
Coffee Ground Scrub: After making a pot of coffee, allow the used grounds to cool and apply them in a circular motion to your face.  This is an invigorating scrub that increases blood flow and can help wake you up.
Oatmeal and Honey Scrub: Add enough honey to the oatmeal to form a paste.  This is a mild mask that is great for people with sensitive skin.
Sugar and Olive Oil Scrub: Start with a bowl of sugar and add enough olive oil to make the sugar moist.  Table sugar is fine but raw sugar is better for a more exfoliating scrub.
